You know how this goes…

January 1st arrives. You make the resolution to move your body more or get stronger.

This time you’re sure you’ll stick with it…

By January 15th? You’ve already given up.

Not because you lack willpower – because you started from empty.

Exhausted. Depleted. Trying to force yourself into a fitness plan that ignores what your perimenopausal body actually needs.

What if 2026 could be different?

What if you entered the new year already strong.

Already connected to what your body can do.

Watch my December workshop to help you build momentum before the New Year chaos hits – so you’re not starting from zero and scrambling for motivation.

As women in our 40s and 50s, our bodies are changing

But most fitness advice hasn’t caught up.

This live workshop is here to shift that – and give you the knowledge, tools, and confidence to move in a way that feels supportive, not punishing.

Whether you’re:

… feeling disconnected from your body,

… unsure how to start strength training,

… worried about an old injury holding you back

… or just tired of workouts that leave you more drained than before…

You’re not doing anything wrong.

You just need a new approach — and a space that sees the whole you.

About Paula

I’m a holistic physiotherapist, exercise physiologist, integrative health coach, and yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience working with women through every life season.

I’m also a solo mum of two and someone who’s rebuilt her life from deep grief and burnout.

After losing my husband at 35 and being left to raise my two young children alone, I hit a wall.

Grief, trauma, adrenal fatigue – it all caught up with me. But something inside me knew a different life was possible.

That voice led me to yoga, to coaching, and eventually to a profound journey of healing and purpose.

Now, I guide other women through their own transitions — whether that’s perimenopause, loss, exhaustion, or simply a sense that something has to change.
