For over 20 years, I’ve worked in women’s health – helping clients navigate everything from postnatal depletion to perimenopause, injury, burnout, and deep life transitions like divorce and loss.
But my greatest lessons didn’t come from my degrees or certifications. They came from life.
At 35, I became a widowed mum, raising two young children on my own while carrying unimaginable grief, trauma, and eventually, full-blown adrenal fatigue.
And yet, through the heaviness, there was a voice inside me… a whisper that said:
“There’s more than this. A vibrant, healthy, joyous, and abundant life is waiting for you.”
That voice led me into yoga.
Into integrative health coaching.
Into breathwork, strength training, and ultimately back into my own body.
I rebuilt myself – slowly, season by season. And now I guide other women to do the same.
This work is a fusion of everything I’ve lived and everything I’ve learned.
It’s about strength – not just in your muscles, but in your spirit.
It’s about coming home to yourself, even when life has pulled you far away.
It’s knowing you can handle what life throws at you – physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Your body is always speaking. The key is learning how to listen and respond with the right kind of care.
Because midlife doesn’t have to mean depletion – it can be a portal to deeper power.
But instead of a bootcamp, you need a plan that supports your nervous system, honours your hormones, and helps you trust yourself again.
This is the heart of my work: helping women come back to themselves – stronger, more grounded, and more alive than they’ve felt in years.
>> You’re in your 40s or 50s and feel like your body is changing faster than you can keep up.
>> You’ve tried the gym or HIIT or special diets but they only left you more exhausted.
>> You’ve been through a big life shift – a divorce, a death, a diagnosis, or just a deep season of change.
>> You want to feel strong again – not just in your body, but in your mind and heart.
>> You’re looking for a guide who sees you – and knows how to walk with you through this.
Feeling wired but tired? This calming practice blends gentle movement and breath-led meditation to help you regulate your nervous system and come back to centre.
Perfect for perimenopause, burnout or any high-stress season of life.
