Hi, I’m Paula – a holistic physiotherapist, exercise physiologist, strength trainer, and women’s wellness coach.
I’ve spent more than 20 years supporting women through the biggest transitions of their lives – pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, grief, burnout, and everything in between.
And I’ve been through my own share of life’s curveballs too.
I was widowed when my kids were very young, and I’ve moved through deep grief, health challenges, and hormonal changes of my own to create the vibrant life I live today.
So when I talk about rebuilding strength from the inside out, I’m not speaking from theory – I’ve lived it.
I created Learn to Lift because I know how hard it can be to feel strong and steady in a changing body – especially when most fitness advice doesn’t speak to where you are in life.
This program brings together everything I’ve learned (and used) to help hundreds of women feel grounded, capable, and deeply supported in their own skin again.
I hold a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Masters of Physiotherapy. I’m also a qualified yoga teacher and integrative health coach. I’ve worked in hospitals, private practice, and now as a key part of the team at Vera Wellness in the Samford Valley.
I’m also the founder of Unlock Potential, an online wellness platform I co-created with Olympian Libby Trickett.
But most of all, I’m a mum to two amazing teenagers, and someone who truly believes that vibrant health is your birthright – no matter what age or stage you’re in.
